Cheery Grumbles

Well after much to-ing and fro-ing I finally came up with a domain name I liked. I bit the bullet and went with Dreamhost who had a deal on to celebrate the election of the 44th President. Since getting my exams out of the way I’ve been dabbling to try get this blog in order. So I’ve got my Tumblog set as a sub domain and I’m gradually learning what I can do with a shiny hosted Wordpress blog. I’m still playing so expect some changes to be made. I’ve also transferred over a couple “proper” blog posts I’d made to Tumblr rather than my Wordpress.com account while I was playing with that.

The intention now is to keep blog posts here and “lifestream” to Tumblr. However I’m not really sure how that’s going to work out since I so evidently like my widgets here. Only one way to find out. Let me know what you think about the changes being made to the blog and hopefully you’ll see lots of improvements in the near future.
